What is the latest date I can place my order to receive in time for Christmas?
To ensure your order arrives by Christmas Day, please place your order by the following:
DHL Standard Shipping (1-3 working days) - FREE
Order by Thursday, December 19th before 3pm to guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.
DHL Next Working Day Delivery - £10
Order by Friday, December 20th before 3pm to guarantee delivery by Christmas Day.
*Please note: delivery dates are not always guaranteed and external factors outside of our teams control (e.g. courier delays etc)* can occasionally impact delivery times*
What is your Christmas returns policy?
We're happy to confirm that items purchased over the Christmas period are eligible for return, in line with our normal returns policy.
What are your Customer Care opening hours during the festive season?
Here at Luxe Collective Fashion, we understand how hectic the festive season can be! That's why our Customer Care team is here to help you in anyway that we can.
Our usual Customer Care opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
Over the Christmas period, our Customer Service team will be available as normal, with the following exceptions:
25th - 26th December: Closed
1st January: Closed
If you require assistance outside of these times, then please still feel free to reach out to us and our team will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible!
